Our goal is ship your products ASAP (Same day is our goal). Most products are in stock. 

Depending on the day/time you placed your order, you can expect your order to be shipped within 2-3 business days and to receive your products within 4-10 business days.  (keep in mind holiday/weekends may impact timing)

We are the USA distributer for TerraTrip. We ship our products within the US. Please note we will not ship to freight forwarding companies. 

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so prior to your items shipment. Once the shipment has left our facility you will need to wait until you receive the order and follow our return procedures.  

Note: Cancellations prior to shipping will receive a refund less any non-refundable credit card processing fees. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to show on your credit card account. 

You may return products purchased within 30 days of the date on your invoice. 

We accept returns of products in their original packaging, in new, unused, & re-sellable condition only. (Subject to a 20% restocking fee)

Credit for returned items shipped free will be reduced by the actual shipping charges.

There are no returns on used, installed, modified, or damaged parts unless found defective by us.

Refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, shipping costs, AND any damages to products incurred during shipment to the customer and shipment back from customer.

If products are faulty or damaged we will offer a replacement or a refund.

You need to contact us directly if you wish to return an items. We do not accept any unapproved returns.

Once your return is approved you have 10 days to ship the returned item(s).
